A delicious and healthy Indian-style curry with chicken and garbanzos in a spinach-based sauce.

Recipe Ingredients for Indian Curry

170 1/10 grams Spinach
1 small Onions
5 clove Garlic
4 serving Free-Range Chicken Broth
3.5 serving TJ Garbanzo Beans
4 serving TJ Briccoli
15 medium Carrots, Baby
2 breast, bone and skin removed Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
15 oz Lite
3 tsp Curry Powder

Recipe Directions for Indian Curry

  1. Sautee onions (diced) until soft in half the olive oil. Add garlic (minced) and spinach. Sautee until the spinach is wilted. Add chicken broth and bring to a boil then remove from heat. Let cool and then blend ingredients.

  2. Sautee chicken in the rest of the oil until almost done, then add broccoli, cauliflower, and carrots. When the vegetables are almost done, add spinach-base, coconut milk, garbanzos, and curry powder.

  3. Bring to a boil again and then serve over brown rice with whole wheat naan.
