Recipe Ingredients for Indian curry chicken

762 4/5 grams Whole Chicken (Large)
56 grams Extra Virgin Coconut Oil
1 tbsp chopped Onions
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
4 clove Garlic
2 cup Vegetable Broth
1 serving Coconut Milk

Recipe Directions for Indian curry chicken

Brown chicken. Remove. Saute onions. Add garlic & ginger. Add tsp of cumin seed & tsp of mustard seed. Stir til seeds pop. Add tesp of turmeric and 2 tsp of curry powder. Make paste. Don't burn curry. Add diced tomato and and cook to sauce. Add browned chicken and a cinnamon stick & a cup of coconut milk. Simmer 45 minutes. Sprinkle on some coconut & garam masala
