Recipe Ingredients for Indian cucumber salad

3 cucumber (8-1/4") Cucumber
2.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
0.75 oz Peanuts
6 tsp Garlic
8 tbsp Green Chiles
0.67 tbsp Lemon Juice, Canned Or Bottled
2 serving Naturally Brewed Soy Sauce
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
1/2 Pack Bean Sprouts

Recipe Directions for Indian cucumber salad

  1. Slice cucumbers into thin strips. Cut tomatoes into small chunks.

  2. In a food processor, combine one can of green chiles, minced garlic, lemon juice, soy sauce, and sugar. Process until well mixed.

  3. Crush peanuts coarsely

  4. In a large bowl, add cucumber, tomato, bean sprouts, and peanuts. Add dressing. Toss until covered. Chill before serving.
