Beef or turkey with beans and burnt corn

Recipe Ingredients for Indian corn soup

2 pounds stew meat
2 1/2 cups dried corn
3 1/2 cups kidney beans
3 1/2 cups diced potatoes
8 quarts water
1 salt and pepper to taste

Recipe Directions for Indian corn soup

Place beef in large pot with water and cook until meat is tender. Remove from water and add dried corn. Let beef cool enough to cut into little bits and add back to pot. Add kidney beans and simmer until corn is tender. Add potatoes and cook until everything warmed through, season with salt and pepper to taste.
