4 serving HY-TOP 100% Natural Raisins
15 serving Coconut Milk
16 tbsp Curry Paste

Recipe Directions for Indian Chicken Curry

  1. Measure and cook rice now. That way it will be ready and waiting for you when you have the curried chicken prepared.

  2. Cut frozen chicken into small pieces (desired size). Begin heating in a large pan, with the heat at a low medium low. Right around a 2 or 3 if your stove top uses numbers. Salt and pepper the chicken now, as desired.

  3. After the chicken has had time to thaw and warm, add the coconut milk and curry paste. Stir until the sauce is a consistent color throughout the pan.

  4. Add raisins and cauliflower.

  5. Allow ingredients to simmer and cook on the stove 15-20 mins. or until done. It should smell done. Make sure the chicken is thoroughly cooked.

  6. Serve on top of rice or with rice on the side. Enjoy!
