Recipe Ingredients for Indian Chicken Curry

1 1/2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breast
1 onion
1 bell pepper
1 tbsp canola oil
2 tbsp curry powder
2 plum tomatoes
2 tsp salt
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp ginger
1 jalepeno pepper
10 oz peas
5 oz carrots
2 red potatoes
5 oz mushrooms
1 cup light cream

Recipe Directions for Indian Chicken Curry

  1. In hot oil saute onions, peppers, garlic, ginger tomatoes curry powder until a paste is formed.

  2. Add potatoe and carrots cook for 5 minutes.

  3. A chicken, mushrooms, and peas and cook for 5 minutes

  4. Add salt to taste

  5. Cook an additional 10 minutes.

  6. Add light cream and simmer until thoroughly heated.

  7. Serve over basmati rice or with indian wheat bread.
