Recipe Ingredients for Indian Chicken in Coconut Sauce

450 grams Turkey, w/o skin
1/2 small Onions
1 pepper Peppers, Hot Chili, Green
2 clove Garlic
30 grams Ginger Root
1/2 small Onions
2 small Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tsp Garam Masala
1 tsp Cumin
1 tsp Turmeric, Ground
400 grams Organic Coconut Milk
200 grams Yoghurt
50 grams Sugar Snap Peas
70 grams Peppers, Sweet, Red
70 grams Yellow Hothouse Bell Pepper
1/2 medium Squash, Summer, All Varieties

Recipe Directions for Indian Chicken in Coconut Sauce

  1. Brown the chicken (or turkey) in a medium saute pan. Set aside.

  2. Blend ingredients for your own curry paste (1/2 onion to ginger).

  3. Finely chop the other 1/2 onion, and roughly chop red bell pepper. Set aside.

  4. Heat oil in a wok. Fry spices until fragrant, about 1 minute.

  5. Add curry paste and saute for another minute or so.

  6. Add onion and bell pepper. Then add chicken + coconut milk.

  7. Bring to a boil and let simmer for about 20-30 minutes.

  8. Before serving add greek yoghurt and bring to a boil.
