3 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh ginger
4 medium tomatoes
1 cup cilantro
1 tbsp olive oil
1 hot pepper

Recipe Directions for "Indian" chick pea recipe

  1. Add spices (mustard seeds, tumeric, cumin) to olive oil to cook

  2. Add onion, garlic, ginger to saute

  3. Add chick peas (2 16 oz cans) and cook

  4. Add tomato and pepper

  5. add amchoor powder

  6. remove from heat, add cilantro
