A lovely drink mostly used after snacks,breakfast and dinner

Recipe Ingredients for Indian chai

1 cup milk
2 tbls sugar
2 tea bags

Recipe Directions for Indian chai

First boil some water , add tea bags and let it simmer for about 3 minutes ,add milk now and simmer for7- 8 mins or until the milk changes color and the thin layer is formed ,traditionally called "malai". Remove from fire and add to cup,now add sugar. Enjoy!!!
