Recipe Ingredients for Indian chai with milk

1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
2 tbls Sugars, Granulated
2 Earl Gray

Recipe Directions for Indian chai with milk

Take some water bring it to boil ,add tea bags and simmer for 3 min. Now add milk and simmer for 5-8 mins ,till a layer forms on top (traditionally called malai) and color changes dark.Remove from fire and pour in a cup ,now add sugar and stir.Enjoy!!!
