Recipe Ingredients for Indian Cauliflower

3 tablespoons canola oil
998 grams cauliflower
1/2 teaspoon turmeric
197 grams red bell pepper
133 grams yellow bell pepper
151 grams green bell pepper
5 grams green chili pepper
270 grams onion
1 tablespoon salt

Recipe Directions for Indian Cauliflower

Cook onion in oil until soft. Add turmeric and cook for one more minute. Add cauliflower and salt and cook for 10 minutes until almost done. Add peppers and cook for about 5 more minutes.
