Recipe Ingredients for Indian Bowl

2 T hummus
2 T red pepper
2 T broccoli
2 T asparagus
2 T zucchini
1 t canola oil
1/2 c brown rice
2 T sunflower seeds

Recipe Directions for Indian Bowl

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Toss Veggies with the following spices: Garam masala + Cumin + Turmeric, salt & pepper (all to taste/depending on how many veggies you have). Cook veggies 25-30 minutes.

  2. Top Brown Rice with veggies, sunflower seeds & hummus. YUM!
