Recipe Ingredients for Indian beef and vegetable patties

2 medium onions
4 small carrots
1 cup cabbage
900 g lean ground beef
1 cup breadcrumbs
4 tbsp curry paste
2 eggs
3 tbsp mint

Recipe Directions for Indian beef and vegetable patties

  1. Preheat oven to 180C

  2. Lightly grease 12 hole standard muffin tin

  3. Grate onions and carrots

  4. finely shred cabbage and mint

  5. Lightly beat egg

  6. Combine all ingredients and mix thoroughly

  7. Spoon into muffin tin

  8. Bake in oven 20 minutes or until mixed through

  9. Serve with brown rice and green salad
