Ground beef on skewars with indian spices.

Recipe Ingredients for Indian beef kebabs

1 lb lean ground beef
1 tsp coriander
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp cumin
1/2 tsp garam masala
2 cloves garlic
1 salt to taste
1 onion
1 tbsp oil
1 serving Egg creation (original)

Recipe Directions for Indian beef kebabs

  1. 1. Mix the lightly beaten egg and beef in a bowl.

  2. 2. Add the spices, salt and grated onion to the beef and use breadcrumbs to stiffen and bind the mixture if necessary.

  3. 3. Oil your fingers and the skewers.

  4. 4. Wrap the meat around the skewers in cigar shapes.

  5. 5. Brush the meat with oil and cook under a moderate grill until evenly browned.

  6. 6. Serve garnished with lemon, onion and tomato slices.
