Recipe Ingredients for INCREDIBLE TOFU SCRAM SAMMIE

1 block Tofu
1 muffin English Muffins
1/2 tbsp Original Vegenaise
1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
1 cup, sliced Squash, Summer, Zucchini, Includes Skin
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
4 tablespoons Nutritional Yeast

Recipe Directions for INCREDIBLE TOFU SCRAM SAMMIE

Heat 1/2 tbsp canola oil in deep frying pan, preferably cast iron.Tofu first. Wait til water is mostly gone out of the tofu. Add turmeric, Italian seasoning, nutritional yeast, onion powder and garlic powder. Stir it until the tofu turns completely yellowish from the turmeric coloring. Wait until it looks delicious. Serve it up on an english muff slathered in Vegenaise. Feeds four peeps.
