ABSOLUTELY SCRUMPTIOUS! So easy, and so good. Great in wraps, with veggies or chips, in recipes in place of store salsa...the list goes on. Add half a jalapeņo for some extra kick.

2 ounces green chiles
1/2 clove garlic
1/4 small onion
1 Pepper to taste
1 Salt to taste
