Recipe Ingredients for Ina Garten's Roasted Red Peppers

5 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Red
2 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tbsp Vinegar Balsamic
2 clove Garlic
2 tsp Kosher Salt
1 tsp Spices Ground Black Pepper
2 tbsp, drained Capers, Canned

Recipe Directions for Ina Garten's Roasted Red Peppers

Roast red peppers. Combine olive oil, salt, pepper, vinegar, garlic (minced) and capers. Combine marinade with roasted, peeled red peppers in jar. Store in refrigerator.
