3 cups oatmeal
1 1/2 cups coconut
1 1/2 cups sliced or slivered almonds
9 tbsps vegetable oil
6 tbsps honey

  1. 350 oven.

  2. Toss all together and put on sheet pan. Bake, stirring occasionally until evenly golden brown, about 20 minutes.

  3. remove from oven, scrape the pan to loosen, then allow to cool, stirring once.

  4. Serve as a parfait with yogurt and fresh fruit.
