0.75 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
96 grams Gaspari Nutrition - Protein Powder
2.5 grams Baking Powder
2.5 grams Baking Soda
0.25 cup Apple Sauce Unsweetened Organics
2 fl oz Original Almond Breeze Unsweetened
1 tbsp Olive Oil
6 large Egg, White

Recipe Directions for Improved Protein Waffle

Mix together all ingredients, except egg whites. Beat egg whites until hard peeks. Incorporate slowly into waffle batter and cook in waffle iron.
