Recipe Ingredients for Improv salad

2 cup, chopped Cabbage
60 grams Carrots, Baby
1 serving SALAD OLIVES
1 serving Meijer Fat Free Small Curd Cottage Cheese
3 serving Walmart All Natural Yellow Mustard
1 tbsp Coconut Oil, Refined, Organic

Recipe Directions for Improv salad

  1. 2 cups uncooked cabbage

  2. 1 cup baby carrots, roughly chopped

  3. 1/2 cup fat free small curd cottage cheese

  4. 1/4 cup olives

  5. 1 tbsp coconut oil

  6. 2 tbsp yellow mustard

  7. spices

  8. Salad:

  9. Mix veggies and cottage cheese in a bowl.

  10. Dressing:

  11. Mix together mustard and coconut oil. Microwave 10-15 seconds, or until coconut oil liquifies. Add spices to taste, and mix thoroughly. Pour over salad.
