Recipe Ingredients for Impossible Pumpkin Pie

1/4 c. splenda
2 T. margarine, melted
15 oz pumpkin
2 eggs
13 oz. evaporated skim milk
1/2 c. reduced fat Bisquick
2 1/2 t. pumpkin pie spice
2 t. vanilla

Recipe Directions for Impossible Pumpkin Pie

  1. Mix ingredients in order.

  2. Spray 9" pie plate

  3. Pour into 9" pie plate

  4. Bake 55-60 minutes at 350 degrees

  5. 8 servings - 3 pts each
