This self crusting pie is ideal for lunch but yummy with a green salad. You can use any variation of ingredients and is delicious with chopped bacon added.

Recipe Ingredients for Impossible Pie

4 eggs
2 cups 1% milk
2 ounces butter
1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 salt and pepper
1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped onion
1/2 cup frozen peas

Recipe Directions for Impossible Pie

  1. Mix all ingredients together, put in a pie dish with sliced tomatoes on top.

  2. Bake 375 30-40 mins
