Recipe Ingredients for Imposibly Easy Southwestern Pie

1 1/2 c. corn
8 green onions
15 oz black beans
1/3 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 c. bisquick
1/2 c. chunky salsa
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs

Recipe Directions for Imposibly Easy Southwestern Pie

  1. 1 Heat oven to 400 degrees, Grease 9" pie plate. Layer corn, onion and beans in pie plate. sprinkle with cheese

  2. 2 Stir Bisquick, milk, salsa and eggs until blended. Pour into pie plate

  3. 3 Bake 35-40 minutes or until knife in center comes out clean. Cool 5 minutes and serve with additional salsa
