This recipe is to be used 2-4 times a week over a period of 2 months in order for the effects to be noticeable.

Recipe Ingredients for Immune support breakfast

4 cups rolled oats
2 cups bran, oat
1 cup dried mixed fruit
1 cup sunflower seeds, ground
1 cup raw nuts, chopped
1 cup flaxseed, ground
