Vegetarian wheat and lentil meal with side of yoghurt salad

Recipe Ingredients for Imjadarah

1/2 cup Premium Bulghur Wheat
0.5 cup Organics Green Lentils Dry
2 tbsp chopped Onions
1/2 cup slices Cucumber
8 oz Fat Free Plain
0.5 oz Mint

Recipe Directions for Imjadarah

  1. Soak lentils and fine craked wheat over night. boil together.

  2. fry in spray oil oinions until brown.

  3. chop cucumbers and mint and mix in yoghurt. season to taste

  4. serve the dish garnished with the onions on top and eat with the yoghurt salad.
