Imitation crab baked with veggies

Recipe Ingredients for Imitation Crab with veggies

16 oz chopped imitation crab meat
1 cup diced tomatoes
1/2 cup diced carrots
2/3 cup diced canned mushrooms
1/2 cup minced onions
4 tbsp light mayonnaise
1/2 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
4 tbsp thai sweet chili sauce
2 tsp freshly ground pepper
4 tsp Old Bay seasoning

Recipe Directions for Imitation Crab with veggies

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Place in casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray

  3. Bake for at 350 degree for 30 minutes
