Stir Fry with Brown Rice, Imitation Crab, and Various Veggies.

Recipe Ingredients for Imitation Crab and Veggie Stir Fry

3 serving Stir-Fry Sauce
88 grams Instant Rice
1 cup Beans, Snap, Green
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.33 medium Orange Hothouse Bell Pepper
0.5 cup, chopped Broccoli
0.5 cup Spinach
2 cup Imitation Crab Meat

Recipe Directions for Imitation Crab and Veggie Stir Fry

  1. Cook rice according to directions.

  2. Meanwhile wash and cut up all the veggies into bite sized peices and add to a wok or skillet.

  3. Cut up crab meat into bite sized pieces and add to veggies.

  4. Add minced garlic and other seasonings to taste to the veggies and crab.

  5. Cook over high heat, add a little water if the veggies start to stick to the pan (oil may be used but this changes the nutrition of the recipe)

  6. Add pre-made stir fry sauce to the veggies and crab and mix well.

  7. Add the rice and mix well.

  8. Serve hot and enjoy
