Makes 8-10 reduced calorie crab cakes. Regular recipe calls for 2 tbsp mayo and 1 tbsp oil plus 1 tbsp butter for frying.

Recipe Ingredients for Imitation Crab (Surimi) Cakes

2 eggs
1 tbl mayonnaise
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp Dijon mustard
1 tbl parsley
1 tsp seasoned salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
16 oz imitation crab meat
3/4 cup bread crumbs

Recipe Directions for Imitation Crab (Surimi) Cakes

Mix eggs, mayonnaise, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, parsley, salt and pepper thoroughly into a thin batter. Slice Surimi and crumble it by hand. Fold crumbled Surimi and breadcrumbs into batter. Heat pan a spray with Pam. Form patties, and pan fry several minutes until golden brown
