5 Tbsp fresh lime juice 2 1/2 Canola oil 1 Tbsp finely chopped jalapeno 1 tsp honey 1 garlic clove salt and pepper to taste 12 oz imitation crabmeat 1/2 cup minced red onion 1 large heirloom tomato, cut into four large 1/2 inch slices.

12 oz Crab Delights Chunk Style
2 tbsp Vegetable Oil, Canola
3 lime yields Lime Juice
0.5 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
0.5 serving Natural Honey
1 clove Garlic
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1 dash Pepper, Black
0.5 medium raw Onion Red
1 large whole (3" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for Imitation Crab Salad

In a small bowl combine the lime juice with the oil, chopped jalapeno, honey, and garlic. Season with salt and pepper. In a food processor, mince the onion and the imitation crab. Toss the crab with dressing. Serve on a tomato slice.
