Recipe Ingredients for (Imitation) Crab Pasta

6 oz whole wheat pasta
4 tbsp butter
3 tsp garlic
1 cup skim milk
8 oz imitation crab
1/2 cup parmesan

Recipe Directions for (Imitation) Crab Pasta

Cook fettucini according to label. Heat butter and garlic in a deep frying pan on medium heat until garlic is lightly browned. Add cream, crab and pepper to the garlic butter. Heat for about 3 minutes or until mixture just starts bubbling, stirring occasionally. Add Parmesan cheese stirring for 1 minute and then remove from heat. Mix crab sauce with fettucini. Serve immediately with additional Parmesan cheese (optional).
