Recipe Ingredients for Imitation Crab Onigiri

1/2 cup rice
1/2 ounce imitation crab
1/2 tsp mayonnaise
1 sheet nori

Recipe Directions for Imitation Crab Onigiri

  1. Using a triangular mold, squish .25 cup of rice into the bottom of the mold. Mix 0.5 ounce of imitation crab and 0.5 tsp mayonnaise in a small bowl, then spread the mixture evenly over the top of the rice. Then, press the remaining 0.25 cup of rice on top of the imitation crab.

  2. pop your onigiri out of the mold, then wrap it in 1 sheet of nori.
