Tasty side dish idli , dosa & rice

Recipe Ingredients for Idli Sambar

1/4 cup Lentil
100 g Chopped onion
1 tsp Oil
1/2 tsp Mustard Seeds
1 Garlic Cloves
120 g Chopped tomatoes
1 1/4 tsp Salt
2 cup water
1/2 tsp Chili Powder

Recipe Directions for Idli Sambar

  1. Cook lentil by adding 2 cup of water when it is tender mash them with potato masher.

  2. In separate pan add oil and heat them and mustard seed let it fry for 30 sec once it is pop add onion & garlic & fry them for 5 min then add tomatoes , salt & chili powder cook for 2 min. Then add cooked Lentils & let them boil for 6 - 10 min . If it is too thick then add water.
