A healthy alternative to all that creamer I used to add. This is just as sweet/creamy, but with muscle-building, fat burning protein instead of empty calories! Also all that protein keeps you full for quite a while. :)

1 serving CytoSport 100% Whey Protein Powder Vanilla
1 serving Coffee

Recipe Directions for Iced Coffee with Protein Powder

  1. Add 1 scoop vanilla protein powder with enough cold water to cover. Stir until dissolved. (VERY IMPORTANT STEP)

  2. Add 1/2 cup milk, instant coffee, and fill the rest with cold water. Stir, add ice and enjoy!
