Healthy, delicious, non-fat, almost gluten free brownies

Recipe Ingredients for Iced Brownies

1/2 cup brown rice flour
1/2 cup spelt
1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup agave syrup
4 tablespoons plain yogurt
3 large egg whites
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa
1/3 cup agave syrup

Recipe Directions for Iced Brownies

  1. Mix all dry ingredients.

  2. Add wet ingredients to dry and stir thoroughly.

  3. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes in small prepared pan.

  4. Mix cocoa and agave for icing.

  5. While still warm, poke holes in brownies and pour icing over brownies. Cool and eat.
