This is roughly what I eat for lunch every day. Perhaps adjusting different ingredients may result in a better tasting or more fulfilling meal.

Recipe Ingredients for Iceberg and Romaine Salad

2 cups of iceberg lettuce (chopped)
2 cups of romaine lettuce (chopped)
1/8 cup of red onion
1/2 chopped fresh tomato
1 ounce of feta cheese
1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
1 dash of salt and pepper
1 ounce sliced turkey (deli style)

Recipe Directions for Iceberg and Romaine Salad

Chop lettuce. Prepare thin slices of red onion. Chop the tomato. Shred the sliced turkey. Add feta cheese. Sprinkle a dash of salt and pepper on top. Drizzle olive oil and red wine vinegar on top.
