Recipe Ingredients for Ice-Cream - Vanilla (Home made)

2 cup, fluid (yields 2 cups whipped) Cream, Fluid, Heavy Whipping
1 cup Milk, Reduced Fat, Fluid, 2% Milkfat
0.6 cup Sugars, Granulated
2 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Ice-Cream - Vanilla (Home made)

  1. In saucepan on low heat, heat milk and add sugar to dissolve taking care not to boil mixture.

  2. Add vanilla and cream and chill mixture in refrigerator until very cold (4-6 hours in refrigerator or 1 hour in freezer)

  3. Add ingredients to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer's instructions.
