Recipe Ingredients for Ice Cream Cookie Cake

946.4 g Mint Chocolate Cookie Original Ice Cream
20 oz Brownie Mix
12 oz Frosting Whipped Butter Cream
8 oz Whipped Topping Regular

Recipe Directions for Ice Cream Cookie Cake

Make cake according to package instructions, let cool, cut into two layers. Empty two pints of ice cream into a bowl and let warm up. Stir with spatula until spreadable. Spread ice cream on top one cake layer, set second cake layer on top. Using spatula smooth the sides with any ice cream that make squish out. Put in freeze to firm up for 30 minutes. In another bowl combine frosting and cool whip and fold with spatula until combined and creamy. Frost cake with icing. Return to freezer for at least 2 hours or until ready to serve.
