Cheesecake ice cream with a crust. Serve with berries or what ever topping you like.

Recipe Ingredients for ice cream cheesecake

1/2 cup Panko Bread Crumbs
1/2 cup dry Quick Quaker Oats
3 tbsp Spreadable Butter with Canola Oil
8 oz Cream Cheese Light
12 oz Milk
2 tbsp Fat Free Half
8 fl oz Vanilla
4 oz No Calorie Sweetener
1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for ice cream cheesecake

  1. combine oats, crumbs, and melted butter with 3 tb of spreadable butter melted. Press into the bottom of a loaf pan.

  2. Combine all remaining ingredients with mixer or blender. Freeze in machine and spread on top of crumb base

  3. Store covered in freezer.
