Awesome homemade ice cream in 5 minutes!

Recipe Ingredients for Ice cream in a Baggie

1 cup Cream, Fluid, Half And Half
6 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Ice cream in a Baggie

  1. Place ingredients in pint-sized baggie (sandwich) and shake well to mix.

  2. Add 1/2 cup rock salt and enough ice cubes to fill gallon-sized baggie 1/2 way.

  3. Place sealed ice cream bag into large bag with ice and salt; seal well.

  4. Shake bag for about 5 minutes to freeze ice cream.

  5. WARNING: it is best to do this outside because the salt water usually leaks all over, stay away from grass and good plants while doing this.

  6. Carefully remove ice cream from bag (you may want to quickly rinse the outside of the baggies before you open it). Add 6-8 drops lemon flavoring or essential oil for taste.
