Recipe Ingredients for IC Romaine Salad

10 romaine leaves
1 1/2 tbsp parmesan cheese
1/4 cp feta
2 tsp oil

Recipe Directions for IC Romaine Salad

  1. A very simple salad packed with flavor.

  2. Place the parmasan cheese in a fry pan. Warm until dark brown (flip when solid). Remove from pan and allow to cool.

  3. Crumble both cheeses over romaine leaves on a plate.

  4. Drissle with oil, salt, pepper (other spices you like).
