Recipe Ingredients for IBCommission-Pinto Bean Fudge

15 oz Pinto Beans
1 cup Cocoa Powder
2/3 cup Butter, melted
1 tbsp Vanilla
4 cups Powdered Sugar
2 cups Walnuts, chopped

Recipe Directions for IBCommission-Pinto Bean Fudge

Put beans in VitaMix or blender after draining and rinsing. Add cocoa, butter and vanilla. Mix. Combine powdered sugar to bean mixture: beat 3 minutes until thoroughly mixed. Add nuts. Spread into greased 9" X 13" pan.
