Recipe Ingredients for ian style Tomato and bean soup

15.5 fl. oz (Goya) pinto beans
14.5 oz Original Diced Tomatoes
1 cup (8 fl oz) Water
1 tsp Rosemary, Dried
0.25 serving Food You Feel Good About Flour
0.25 serving Food You Feel Good About All Purpose Flour
3 small Onions
5 clove Garlic
1 serving VIGO EXTRA VIRGIN OLIVE OIL

Recipe Directions for ian style Tomato and bean soup

  1. Chop the onions and garlic. Place onions in a sauce pan with the EVOO.

  2. Saute for 5 minutes, while chopping the garlic. Add the garlic.

  3. Rinse the beans and open the can of tomatoes. Get 2Tbsp. of flour ready as well.

  4. Add the flour and some of the water to form a paste.

  5. Dump in the can of tomatoes and the beans. Add the rest of the water.

  6. Add the rosemary, or whatever other spices you'd like.

  7. Simmer for 5-20mins on low heat.

  8. Enjoy on it's own, or with whole wheat pasta!
