I often add broccoli to this dish and finish it off with a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Great over whole wheat fettucine.

Recipe Ingredients for Hye's Shrimp Scampi

1 lbs. shrimp
3 cloves garlic
1/2 tsp crushed red pepper
2 tbsp butter
1 medium onion
1 tsp pepper
1 tsp parsley
4 tbsp lemon juice

Recipe Directions for Hye's Shrimp Scampi

  1. Slice onion, mince garlic and put into a medium frying pan with butter and sautee over medium heat.

  2. Add remaining ingredients and cook until shrimp is cooked and any added vegetables are tender.

  3. Serve over pasta.
