1/4 cup Nutritional Yeast
3 tbs Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
2 tbs Canola Oil
1 tbs Tahini
1 tbs Fresh Lemon Juice
2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Paprika
1 pinch Nutmeg
2 cloves of Garlic, optional
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 cups macaroni
1 Black pepper, to taste
