If you crave sweet after dinner. Perfect. I replaced 200 g of sugare with 100 of sweetener.

Recipe Ingredients for Hurma?ice with coconut

75 g sugar
125 g cake flour
125 g flour
50 g coconut flakes
1/4 oz baking powder
1 eggs
1 egg whites
125 g margarine
300 ml water
200 g sugar
100 g sweetener
12 slices lemon

Recipe Directions for Hurma?ice with coconut

  1. Put all the dry ingredients in a bowl and mix with soft margarine and eggs. Mix the batter to be smooth. Take the piece of dough, make the size of walnuts and put it between the palms, press it and make a roll which is easy to be embedded in the grater (some with embossed circles and x symbols), to get a pattern.

  2. Line up the Hurmasice in a pan and bake at 200 C for 30 min. or until they get a golden yellow color.

  3. Syrup: put water and sugar/sweetener to boil, reduce heat and add the lemon slices . Cook for 10-15 minutes and pour it hot over hurma?ice.

  4. Set aside to cool and absorb suryp.
