Recipe Ingredients for Hunter's quiche

3/4 cup mozzarella, shredded
1 1/4 cup cheddar, shredded
1 cup skim milk
6 eggs
1 medium onion, chopped
112 g roast beef
56 g blue cheese
1 pie crust

Recipe Directions for Hunter's quiche

Preheat oven to 400. Put crust in a pie pan. Put the pan on a cookie sheet. Mix eggs and milk and pour into crust. Sprinkle cheese into egg mixture. Same with onions and meat. Top with blue cheese crumbles. Push down on the toppings so that the egg mixture at least moistens everything. Bake for 50-60 minutes. Done when knife through center comes clean.
