2 tbsp Canola Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 cup Onions, diced
1/2 cup Carrots, diced
1/2 cup Celery, diced
1/4 cup Flour
1 cup Red Wine
1/4 cup Demi-Glace, actually 3 Tbsp mine
1 cup Mushrooms
1 1/2 cups Tomatoes, Roma, Diced
2 tbsp Basil, fresh, diced

  2. Saute veggies

  3. Make pan sauce

  4. Toss in crock pot

  5. Cook 5 hours
