Recipe Ingredients for Hungrygirl's crab and cheddar crustless quiche

2 c. egg beaters
1/2 c. skim milk
12 oz. lump crab meat, drained
3/4 c. fat-free cheddar cheese
1 large tomato, chopped
1 small yellow onion, chopped
1/2 c. chopped bell peppers
1 1/2 c. fresh spinach
1 tbs. parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. pepper

Recipe Directions for Hungrygirl's crab and cheddar crustless quiche

mix all but parmesan, bake at 375 for 30 mins. Top with parmesan, bake 20 more minutes. Allow to cool before cutting.
