Recipe Ingredients for Hungry Josi's Fettuccine

4 oz Tofu Shirataki
0.5 serving Sour Cream Fat Free
2 tbsp Cream Cheese, Fat Free
1 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese
0.5 cup pieces Mushrooms
1/4 g Non Stick Cooking Spray 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil
10 sprigs Parsley

Recipe Directions for Hungry Josi's Fettuccine

Drain and rinse noodles. microwave for 1 minute and dry well. Add cream cheese, parmesan and sour cream. saute shallots and mushrooms in olive oil spray add chopped parsley or any herb on hand. add this to noodles. microwave all 1 minute and season with salt and pepper to taste. Enjoy Serves 1
