Filling cake-type bar for anytime snack that isn't too sweet.

Recipe Ingredients for Hungry Hubby Bars

1.5 cup Gold Medal Whole Wheat Flour
2 cup, grated Carrots
2 cup, mashed Bananas
2 large Egg, White
1 cup Blackberries
0.75 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.75 cup Milk, Lowfat, Fluid, 1% Milkfat
1 tsp Baking Soda

Recipe Directions for Hungry Hubby Bars

Preheat oven to 350 & grease a cake pan with non-stick spray. Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl. Pour mixture into pan. Bake for 45-60 minutes, top will be brown & sides pulled away from edges. Inside may still be slightly moist. Let cool completely before serving.
